Maple Pumpkin Mini Tarts

You've likely got a social calendar that's starting to get full. And, I'm willing to bet you've been signed up to either host or bring a dish to quite a few of the events. By mid-November you'll be short on time and your pants will be tighter.

I've got a great recipe for you that takes 10 minutes to put together and its about 50 calories per serving! To top it off, you only need 3 ingredients to get an enviably cute mini-tart.
Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat fillo shell tarts at 350 for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Add about a teaspoon of maple pumpkin peanut butter. If you have a pastry bag and tip at your disposable, use this instead of teaspoon for a more structured look.
  3. Sprinkle nuts on top.
The tarts are a delish two-bite goodie that won't leave you with a need to loosen your pants!
